Take Them to Jesus
Daniel 6
1. God is Often Introduced Through Testimony. (Vs. 3-5, John 20:29, Mark 9:24)
a. John 20:29, “Jesus said [to Thomas after his non-belief], “Because you have seen me, you have believed. Blessed are those who have not seen and yet believe.”
b. Mark 9:24, “Immediately the father of the boy cried out, “I do believe; help my unbelief!””
2. God is Fully Introduced Through Revelation. (Vs. 16-22; John 4:39-42, 8:17-18)
a. John 4:39-42, “Now many Samaritans from that town believed in him because of what the woman said when she testified, “He told me everything I ever did.” So when the Samaritans came to him, they asked him to stay with them, and he stayed there two days. Many more believed because of what he said. And they told the woman, “We no longer believe because of what you said, since we have heard for ourselves and know that this really is the Savior of the world.”
b. John 8:17-18, “Even in your law it is written that the testimony of two witnesses is true. I am the one who testifies about myself, and the Father who sent me testifies about me.”
